Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to 500+ employees
- Manage ticketing system with SLA adherence
- Document solutions in knowledge base
- Collaborate with network/security teams
- Deploy patches and updates across infrastructure
- Conduct user training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac OS)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment moves
- Customer service mindset (1+ year experience ideal)
- Valid driver's license for site visits
- Must pass background/drug screen
