What You Will Do:
As an Entry Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Install, upgrade, and patch operating systems and applications on company devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical challenges and learn best practices.
- Conduct routine system checks and inventory management to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
Qualifications
