Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve network connectivity problems.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and training workshops to enhance technical skills.
