Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on weekends.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Log and track IT service requests and incidents in our ticketing system.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, helping them resolve technical inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable and punctual, with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
