Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming help desk tickets within defined SLAs.
- Set up and configure new workstations, including hardware and software installation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical queries.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
