Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with network connectivity, printer setup, and device configuration.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Perform basic hardware maintenance and inventory management.
- Respond to incoming support tickets via phone and email promptly and professionally.
