Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers, monitors) and software applications.
- Assist in the maintenance, monitoring, and management of the company network infrastructure.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technologies and security protocols.
- Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus but not required).
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and basic software navigation.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain industry certifications.
