Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and resolve printer malfunctions efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to diagnose technical problems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
