Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop to end-users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance on computers, printers, and network equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and asset tracking for IT equipment.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct basic user training on new software deployments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Storage).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
