Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems.
- Maintain and update computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system to ensure continuity.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
