Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and general IT inquiries.
- Perform regular hardware inventory checks and equipment maintenance.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Log and track all support tickets in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex network issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
