Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data backup processes
- Train end-users on system best practices and new technologies
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in IT/CIS preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services

- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent coursework desirable
