Responsibilities
- Assist team members with basic hardware and software troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage and maintain office IT equipment, including printers, routers, and workstations.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to the senior engineering team.
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal staff regarding technical inquiries.
- Learn and implement new software solutions and security protocols under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support tickets and resolutions.
- Participate in daily team meetings to align on project goals and technical updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional, for occasional site visits).
