Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in our service management system
- Assist with user onboarding, account management, and access provisioning
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network security protocols
- Conduct periodic system audits and preventative maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on new software applications and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot logical issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar technical training a plus
