Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist end-users with computer peripherals, printers, and network connectivity.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations and servers under supervision.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to implement system upgrades and patches.
- Monitor network security systems and report potential vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (paid for by company).
