Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist with the deployment of new workstations and the maintenance of existing IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security protocols are followed.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify trends and improve overall system efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (we offer sponsorship).
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn new skills rapidly.
