Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop/laptop systems
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate ticket logs
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex system deployments
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
