Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems across enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and basic server issues
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex system outages
- Conduct routine system updates and security patch deployments
Qualifications
