Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with user account management and access permissions
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in continuous training on emerging technologies
- Support office IT infrastructure maintenance
Qualifications
