Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT fundamentals and security certifications through our paid training program
- Master troubleshooting hardware/software issues for Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation post-training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Basic familiarity with computers and internet technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 20lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for on-site support)
