Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document ticket resolutions and update knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system escalations

Qualifications
