Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week paid training covering IT fundamentals, networking basics, and system administration
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal teams and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on security audits and compliance initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance organizational technology solutions
- Stay updated on emerging technologies through continuous learning modules
Qualifications
