Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 200+ employees across hardware/software issues
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations
- Monitor network security tools and escalate threats
- Document IT processes in ServiceNow
- Assist with Azure cloud infrastructure deployments
- Train staff on new software implementations
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid US driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
