Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a physical environment
