Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document all issues, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Assist with network monitoring, security updates, and system backups
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Deliver user training on software applications and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and remote support tools
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license required for occasional on-site visits
