Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network administration tasks including Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and cloud services
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and security patches
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installation/maintenance
- Quick learner with passion for emerging technologies
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
