Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor system vulnerabilities
- Document IT processes and maintain technical knowledge base
- Provide end-user support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after initial training period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
