Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and network equipment
- Monitor and maintain company servers and cloud infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on security protocols and system updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in IT asset inventory management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
