Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based SaaS applications
- Execute security protocols including patch management and vulnerability assessments
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations
- Provide tier-1 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, basic networking concepts, and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) preferred
