Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems across enterprise environments
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for end-users via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and system performance issues
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and compliance measures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
