Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Monitor security systems and implement basic cybersecurity protocols
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Assist with cloud service management (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and DNS management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid NC driver's license required for site visits
- Must be authorized to work in the US immediately
