Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure desktops/laptops with Windows 10/11 and standard software packages
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group permissions
- Assist with network troubleshooting (wired/wireless) and printer maintenance
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Participate in after-hours rotation (1:4 frequency)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform basic hardware assembly
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Must pass background check and drug screen
