Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles

- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services

- Valid Florida driver's license required for occasional client site visits
