Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Train end-users on new technologies and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
