Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11) and productivity applications
- Assist with network administration tasks including router/switch configuration and IP management
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and timely issue resolution
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent technical certifications
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Windows operating systems
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
