Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Monitor network performance and security systems using SolarWinds
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with Windows 10/11 deployments and Active Directory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Execute scheduled maintenance and system backups
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
