Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across enterprise systems
- Document IT processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service via ticketing systems and in-person support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 20lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
