Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via ticketing system, phone, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory databases
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including access management and threat monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied office environments
