Responsibilities
- Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular system audits and security updates
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional site visits
