Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems, printers, and network peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including password resets and basic threat identification
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Conduct user training on new software and IT procedures
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical issues logically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
