Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals, and software systems
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for network connectivity, security protocols, and application issues
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure)
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP fundamentals)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
