Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ users
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and network infrastructure
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including patch management and vulnerability scanning
- Create documentation for IT processes and user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor ticket queues with SLA adherence using ServiceNow/Jira
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
