Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new systems and security protocols.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees regarding office software.
Qualifications
