Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets via ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network devices
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Provide user training on Microsoft 365 and security protocols
- Collaborate with network team on VPN/switch/router maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives including patch management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and cloud services
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
