Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory and cloud platforms.Respond to help desk tickets and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and system updates.Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and incidents.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.Basic understanding of networking concepts, IP addressing, and DNS is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.CompTIA A+ certification is a significant plus but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
