Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve user inquiries within SLA timelines
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection best practices
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory control
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of internship or academic IT experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
