Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across diverse client environments
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and peripheral devices
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles for team reference
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols, including firewall configurations and access controls
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects and system upgrades
- Deliver user training on new software implementations and IT best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical approach to technical troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced client service environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
