Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote support and on-site assistance
- Manage service tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Support cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
