Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets and document solutions using ITSM software
- Assist with network infrastructure setup and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct user training on company systems and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
- Assist with asset management and inventory control
- Participate in IT projects involving system upgrades or deployments
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field OR equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, and security principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Spanish language proficiency preferred (bilingual environment)
