Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for employees across the organization.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
- Network Assistance: Support local area network (LAN) operations and assist in the setup of new employee workstations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Onboarding Support: Help new hires with IT setup and training during their first week.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems logically.

- Availability: Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
